Founder & Managing Director
Niamh is the Founder and Managing Director of First100™. Niamh set up the company in 2004 in response to an observation that the first 100 days represented a significant opportunity for leadership performance acceleration.
Niamh is responsible for strategic oversight and shaping of the First100 company, and also works as a First100™ Coach to our senior clients at Chief Executive level. Niamh's career background includes working for 8 years as a strategy consultant with Accenture and 2 years as a financial services headhunter in the City of London.
This experience provided Niamh with the right platform for creating the First100™ offering and establishing a premium 'first 100 days' offering. Niamh is also the author of ‘Got Promoted? Get Promoted (Again): your first 100 days’, the first in a series of inspired books on the theme of accelerated leadership success.

Fiona
Global Marketing Director
Fiona joined the team in early 2009 as Global Marketing Director. Having previously held international Marketing roles in the US and the UK, including Marketing Manager for Europe at John West Foods and Senior Brand Manager at Northern Foods, Fiona brings a wealth of experience in the area of brand development.
In a short time she has successfully implemented new branding and positioning for the First100™ brand, as well as viral and mainstream marketing communication campaigns.
Fiona holds a Bachelor of Commerce honours degree and has subsequently attended executive education at London Business School. Fiona also brings a strong international perspective to First100™, and is involved in senior marketing operations in the UK, US, Ireland and Europe.

Garrett
Senior Consultant
Garrett is our Senior Consultant and brings a wealth of experience from his background as Head of Regional Sales at BT, ensuring a style of delivery that is grounded in commercial realism.
Garrett specialises in working with leaders in blue chip organisations as they assume a new role, and has coached over two hundred senior personnel since joining First100™ in 2006.
Alongside a Bachelor of Commerce honours degree, Garrett has also received qualifications from the Harvard Business School, and holds a coaching qualification from the Tavistock Institute London. Garrett excels in guiding individuals through career change events, and in aligning teams on a shared vision.

Pádraig
Sales & Marketing Assistant
In late 2009 Pádraig joined the Sales & Marketing team at First100™, in response to the continued growth of the company. Having previously worked as a Research Analyst at University College Cork, and educated to Masters degree level, Pádraig works in a support capacity to the management team at First100™.
He has been involved in our direct marketing campaigns, as well as providing research services to our senior team.

Kerry

Having spent eight years as a HR Director for a number of multinational corporations including Johnson & Johnson & BT. Kerry brings a wealth of experience to our clients in the area of executive coaching, performance acceleration & cultural change.
She holds an MBS in Human Resource Strategies, Diplomas in Personnel Management and Business Coaching and BPS Level A & B Psychometric Testing.
Kerry brings her thorough understanding of the challenges facing today’s business executive in delivering our innovative services.

Tina
First100 Coach
After accruing over twenty years of senior commercial experience at Microsoft and IBM, Tina retrained as an Occupational Psychologist at Goldsmiths University of London, and is certified to perform psychometric testing by the British Psychology Society.
Tina delivers one of our new programs, The Second Act™. Bringing real world management experience to every engagement, Tina enables our clients to continue to achieve accelerated success after the first 100 day period has elapsed.

Mary

With over 12 years experience in Learning and Development with firms such as O2 and Abbott, Mary is a key associate for First100™, having worked with a range of public sector clients as well as industry leaders in the private sector.
Working with Senior and Middle Managers across a range of sectors and industries, she has successfully delivered our services to external hires, internal promotees and newly formed teams.
Mary previously worked as an Education Specialist in the pharmaceutical sector.

Katie

With a background in psychology, Katie has been coaching since 2002. As our First100™ phone coaching specialist, Katie helps global clients achieve accelerated success in a convenient, flexible and time effective method.
Working initially as an internal leadership coach at American Express, Katie went on to provide coaching services to leaders in companies such as ABN Amro, BT, ITV, Orange and the BBC. Katie is also a qualified Coach Supervisor.

Mel

Mel has excelled in a career spanning two decades working with CEOs and executives on strategy, leadership and cultural change. Some of his many private sector clients have included Caterpillar, Fujitsu, Friends Provident, CSC, and Kentz.
This rich experience enables Mel to assist First 100 clients to understand and manage the complex context of work at the executive level. He has coached over 500 senior executives, including at CEO level, to measurable improvements in their performance.
Mel has a degree in Psychology and a graduate diploma in HRM.

Her progressive, business-focused solutions have been delivered to complex, global organisations such as BP, Centrica and Shell, through her consultancy work with Accenture.
Claire is educated to PHD Level (Leeds University) and took her degree at Newcastle University. She has led a number of flagship projects to address organizational challenges in the aftermath of change.
