The launch is on foot of the success of Niamh's first book Got Promoted, Get Promoted Again, which was self-published in 2009. As founder and (then) Managing Director of First100, Niamh encapsulated how to accelerate leadership performance in the first 100 days
Accelerate leadership performance in the First 100 Days of this role, to help secure faster promotion to your next role. In keeping with the theme of “acceleration” Niamh has structured both books in a “speed read” style for the time pressured leader. Deliberately concise, the books provide the crucial insights to empower you to achieve greatest success during this intense early phase.
Niamh has over 16 years career experience. Through her experience as a head hunter placing senior executives in the city of London, she realised that the First 100 Days was the most crucial stage in the lifecycle of a leadership appointment. Her observation was that failure to optimise the First 100 Days was probably the biggest missed trick on leadership effectiveness and performance acceleration. Her prior background of 8 years as a strategy and management consultant at Accenture meant she was well equipped to convert this insight into a new niche “First 100 Days” consultancy offering.
