Success of the First100assist™ service centres on development and implementation of the optimal First 100 Days Plan and the benefits of having an experienced First100™ Consultant who acts as ‘companion on the journey’ to support participant(s) through the real time experience of the First 100 Days. Our approach is to combine the right mix of workshops and coaching, underpinned by a strong structured planning process.

Central to our approach is the development of a First 100 Days Plan, setting out desired outcomes to be achieved by end of first 100 days, punctuated by monthly milestone reviews @ 30, @ 60 and @ 90 days.
